CQC-Registered Care, Matched to You

Faith-Sensitive and Language-Matched Home Care in East Sussex

Good care starts with feeling understood. At FT Care Agency, we know that faith, culture and language are part of everyday life, not an afterthought, so wherever possible we match clients with carers who share their background, speak their language, and respect their religious and cultural practices, alongside the same CQC-registered standard of care we provide across East Sussex.

Matched to your preferences

Care built around who you are

Every assessment includes a conversation about faith, language, gender preference and cultural background, so we can do our best to match you with a carer who feels right, not just qualified.

This applies whether someone needs an hour of domiciliary care a day or full live-in support, the same care, delivered with cultural understanding built in.

Faith-sensitive care

Faith-sensitive care across every service

Faith-sensitive and language-matched support is not a separate service, it runs through everything we do, from short daily visits to full live-in care.
Muslim live-in care

A carer living in the home who understands prayer times, halal food preparation and daily routine, around the clock.

Muslim domiciliary care

The same understanding applied to shorter daily visits, from meal preparation to personal care delivered with modesty.

Personal care & companionship

Matched with the same attention to gender preference, language and cultural familiarity as our specialist care.

Care that respects who you are

Matching based on faith, language and culture

Muslim and Islamic home care

For Muslim families, we do our best to arrange carers who understand and respect Islamic practice, including prayer times, halal food preparation, and modesty during personal care, with gender preference accommodated wherever possible.

Bangladeshi and South Asian community care

We support Bangladeshi and wider South Asian families with carers familiar with cultural routines, food and everyday practices, helping elderly relatives feel at home rather than adjusting to an unfamiliar approach to care.

Language-matched carers

Being understood in your own language matters, especially for older people or those with memory-related conditions. Where possible, we match clients with Bengali, Sylheti, Urdu or Arabic speaking carers.
